Cancellation Policy
Reservations are made and accepted with the following conditions: All guest must be over the age of 18.
The first night or total stay may be charged at the time of the reservation. There is no credit or refund for a shortend stay, unless the room is rented.
Non Holidays require a 14 day no charge cancellation time frame. Cancellations under 14 days will be charged for the total dollar amount of reservation, any and or all nights rented will be credited back to guest less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Holidays require a 30 day cancellation time frame. Cancellation under 30 days will be charged for the total dollar amount of reservation, any and or all nights rented will be credited back to guest less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
