All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in the outside areas of the resort.
Credit Card required at time of reservation. Full payment is due upon check-in.
Early departures are non-refundable.
Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. Late checkout when available for extra charge.

Office hours are 9:00am to 7:00pm. Check-ins after office hours require advance notice.

• July 6 to August 31 - No Minimum Stay (see above)
• Palm Springs Film Festival - 2 Nights
• Martin Luther King Birthday Weekend - 4 Nights
• Valentine's Day - 3 Nights
• President's Birthday Weekend - 4 Nights
• Easter/White Party - 5 Nights
• Memorial Day Weekend - 4 Nights
• Fourth of July - 4 Nights
• Labor Day Weekend - 4 Nights
• Pride Celebration - 5 Nights
• Thanksgiving - 4 Nights
• Christmas - 4 Nights
• New Year's - 5 Nights

When we can take less than 3 nights, we will, subject to confirmation at time of reservation and call.

Cancellation Policy

• Reservations are made and accepted with the following conditions:
• The first night or total stay may be charged at the time of the reservation. There is no credit or refund for a shortend stay, unless the room is rented
• Non Holidays require a 14 day no charge cancellation time frame. Cancellation after 14 days the total stay is charged and all nights rented are credited back to guest less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
• Holidays require a 30 day cancellation time frame. Cancellation after 30 days the total stay is charged and all nights rented are credited back to guest less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
